What started as Flowers for Ann — a small act of love — has blossomed into the Hello Friend Project, a growing community of volunteers brightening the lives of isolated seniors, one handwritten card at a time.
Born from love for one woman, grown for thousands
Flowers for Ann started as a tribute — a daughter's way of honoring her grandmother Ann by spreading kindness to seniors who felt forgotten. But the response was overwhelming.
Volunteers from across the country wanted to join. Nursing homes reached out. Companies asked how their teams could help. So we grew — and we gave our mission a name that welcomes everyone:
